Reach out

Call, email, or message me on TikTok or Instagram. We confirm your business, answer any questions, and lock in category exclusivity if you want to be the only business of your kind I carry.

Sign and get invoiced

You get a simple written sponsorship agreement and an invoice for your records. This is a paid advertising and promotional arrangement, not a donation, so it is clean and documented from day one.

Send your logo

Send your logo before the artwork deadline so it makes the print run for the competition shirt and the field banner. Logos that come in after the deadline are added at the next run and start mid-season.

Your season starts

Your logo goes on the shirt at every event, you get named callouts online all season, and you get action photos and clips to use in your own marketing. Everything in your level, all year.

In-kind is welcome

Product and services count too, such as hotel nights, fuel, meals, gear, gym access, chiropractic or physical therapy. Valued at retail and matched to a level.

Common questions

Is this tax-deductible?

Sponsorship is a paid advertising and promotional arrangement, not a charitable donation. Businesses commonly treat the cost as an ordinary advertising expense. Confirm the treatment with your own tax preparer.

What if I sign up after the artwork deadline?

You are added at the next print run for the shirt and banner and start mid-season. The online callouts, photos, and everything else in your level start right away.

Can I be the only business of my kind?

Yes. Category exclusivity comes with the Champion level, so no competitor in your category can sponsor me the same year.

Do you take product or services instead of cash?

Absolutely. In-kind support is welcome, valued at retail and matched to the level above. Hotel nights, fuel, meals, gear, and recovery services all count.

How will I know it is working?

You get named callouts you can see, plus action photos and short clips you can reuse in your own ads and socials, and a season recap. Your logo is on camera and on the field every weekend.
